Event: Labyrinth Walk

– Whether Fall Equinox, or celebrating as the finale to our 3-day 30th Anniversary event, we invite our customers & community to enjoy & experience our Labyrinth with a short introduction and a group walk incorporating chimes. Walking the labyrinth, is an ancient contemplative practice, popular today for its mental & physical health benefits.
LaDonna will share a short introduction to Labyrinths at 3:30pm, followed by an opportunity for all to walk at their own pace, as a self-guided meditation, with the option to enjoy the melody of chimes creating a unique harmony. — Cost: Free!

Non-invasive—pain-free, radiation free, and safe and effective. Thermography uses a highly sensitive infrared camera that detects dysfunction and inflammation in men & women; Popular as a breast health screening.

Aerial yoga is a blend of yoga, acrobatics, and aerial arts, providing a fun & challenging workout that combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a hammock or silk fabric suspended from the ceiling.
In this class, we will explore restorative yoga, as well as traditional yoga poses. No experience necessary, ideal for beginners and practicing Yogis. Maximum of 7 students, signing up for the full 6-week sessions will guarantee a space; single class drop-in if space available.
Cost: $75 for 5 week session or $18 per single class

Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion.”
This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in helping the body heal, as well as, preventing many health problems. We welcome all ages interested in learning and practicing Tai Chi together.
Cost: $7.00 per class session or

Event: Cirque-tastics with Cindy

Join Cindy for an hour of fun, with gymnastics and circus arts. We will explore both arts through games, movement, and safe play while they build the foundations, body awareness, and mental and physical discipline to carry them confidently through life.This class will hold a maximum of 8 students.
